A while back I went to a The Mourning Glories concert, they had a raffle and I won a sweet potato with a face drawn on it (best prize ever). So in return I made this small video! 

Music by The Mourning Glories obviously, go check them out, they're amazing!
I'd love to animate the whole song, let's see if/when I find the time.
 
 

Some making of pictures:
- An early test. 
- The banjo made out of a whisky bottle cap, some floral wire and a bamboo skewer.
- Paper replacement mouths, I used wax to make them stick.
- Some extra characters.
- I drilled screws in some of the potatoes, so I could attach them to the set using a magnet.
- The sweet potatoes I used.
